Check out the weather forcast for the next several days. And BTW, the lowest temp we had was 79 night before last -- 84 is as low as it's gotten in over 3 weeks. So far this year, we had a blizzard, then flooding, then a tornado. Who pissed off Mother Nature?!

This is the hottest summer in 25 years, but we've hit 115 before back in the '50's. Not that I want that to happen. It did hit 107 today before starting to drop. It's still 86 and it's 530 in the freaking morning!

I'd like to say I was rolling around in the sheets with Tony, but sadly, not so. ;)

Yeah, sometimes I think I should just take a towel and soap out with me, it's that muggy. I'm ready for winter, at least I can warm up easier than I cool down.

It's the same with me - warming up is much easier and quicker than cooling down. Here we can jump into swimming holes, lakes, public pools and the ocean to cool off, do you have any friends with pool access?

I have a kiddie pool in the backyard that I go sit in. It's small but cool. I've got one of those big patio umbrellas for shade and I turn on the radio and read a book.

I've been glad to go to work for a change because of the AC. lol
