The old lady with the cats

This weekend while we were driving past a parking lot, we spotted a kitten eating some tossed out trash. I stopped and really thought the kitten would run before we got close to it. Not quite... she actually ran to Codi to be picked up ( Read more... )

Oh she's adorable. What have you called her?

You are such a good soul - and a soft touch. :)

Hugs you

She doesn't have a name yet, I can't seem to settle on one. Tho Squeak is at the top of the list. She's a pip squeak and she makes funny squeaky meows. lol

She really is so tiny. Looks like you've been adopted!

Apparently! I've been calling her Squeaker for lack of a better name. I think she's a little... um.... slow, like Forrest Gump in cat form. The vet said she must have taken a hard knock to the jaw or head because the tongue thing is a symptom of nerve damage.

I think that maybe she had her brains rattled a bit because she acts like a kitten and is not only too curious but also completely fearless. It's like she's a child who doesn't know any better.

Just what I needed, right? lol

Kudos to you for intervening in this little kitty's life when so many others would just keep driving! If you're looking for a name for her you could use the name of the street you found her on.

I found her on Madison. Madison and Daugherty. lol

I've settled on Squeak or Squeaker because of how she sounds. And how small she is, she really is a pipsqueak! I call her Little Bit sometimes, too.

I tried to give her away and then felt bad and I was soooo relieved when they decided they didn't need another cat. I'm hopeless.
