How far along are you?
30 weeks! I am probably the least far along here.. :)

What symptoms are you experiencing?
Oy, the mood swings..

How are you feeling?Great pregnancy wise. All of the map in other terms. We still have yet to find a house after 8 months of searching. My college is really being in a pain in the butt.. and my toddler just *loves ( Read more... )

I don't want a girl, I LOVE boys... but I wanted one for the ease of naming!

We have NO CLUE about girl names, and I have a hunch we're having one...

I just finished collecting everything for my birth kit. Shepherd's Purse and Motherwort tinctures, lavender essential oil, some old towels, hypnobirthing cd, other cd's, cut up pieces of soft fleece to use for hot perineal compression and batteries for the camera. I'll that's left to do is pick up some seaweed for 'tear care' and sew some pads for the bleeding afterwards. Oh...and ingredients to bake a cake for my two year old who's having a little bit of a rough time warming up to the idea, a "yay! you're a BIG brother" cake.

Sounds like you've got a great list!

Did you buy your tinctures from birth love, or did you make them yourself?

Thanks for the reminder about seaweed! Ive heard that a honey mixture can also be as good? I've been trying to look for some WAHM made pads for post partum, but havent found anything interesting yet.

No, actually we just ordered them from a local grocery store, Planet Organic. They came within a week :)

Me and hubby argued over girl names, but he was 100% deadset on the boys(which I had no say)! So we of COURSE are having a boy.
As for my hospital bag... I havent packed it. That was my "task" for the past weekend and well.. its not done! lol. I have to get a few of the things on ym list so why pack it til I have everything! lol. I'm also waitin for babys coming home outfit to arrive!!!

yes! Its pretty amazing. I cant believe the time is almost here!!!
I just need to buy pads and a few travel size toiletries once his outfit arrives and then we will be ready!!!!

We aren't really close to deciding on names. It's good to know we're not the only ones. and no, I haven't packed a bag yet (35 weeks now). I'll have to soon, but i'm not too stressed over it, I figure that labour is quite long enough and if I should go into labour and it isn't done, at least I will have something else to focus on for a couple of hours before I go in.
