Author Madeline L'Engle dies at age 88

HARTFORD, Connecticut (AP) -- Author Madeleine L'Engle, whose novel "A Wrinkle in Time" has been enjoyed by generations of schoolchildren and adults since the 1960s, has died, her publicist said Friday. Well, all things considered, since she's not really writing anything new this week, I think she has. It's just a new spin on re-runs.

yah when i say retire, I mean take the comic out of the funny pages altogether...one of my favorite things about the strip was the fact that it ran in real time...now its about as relevant as that crap called family circus.
