I’m sure they are real. Years ago there’re so many facts about vampire attacks. There were those places which were haunted by the vampires. Some people said that it was just a legend. But I’m sure they’re real. Pureblood is the highest clan and mixed blood is the lowest one. I’m sure they both are still alive now. They must be hiding somewhere.
“NO!!!” Aish…. Hikaru-kun and Daiki-kun are so noisy. Especially that fanged boy. Even though I’m interested in everything about vampire, but I’m sure he is not one of them.
“Could that be… a vampire?!” What?! Did someone just say vampire?
“Ahahaha…! Muri, muri! Nah~, it’s impossible, right?” The fang boy waved his hand in front.
“Hahaha…! It really is!” Daiki-kun agreed that it’s impossible. It’s not something impossible, you know… That vampire things….
Hey, wait! What’s up with him actually? Daiki-kun…, has his neck plastered with a band aid, a big one. Is this what they talked about? Could it be…, Daiki-kun has been bitten by a vampire? But why didn’t he turn out to be one? Why can he live under the sunlight? Or, could it be that he has been bitten by the pureblood? I’ve heard that pureblood’s first food or should I say, human whom they bite first won’t become a vampire. I have to make it sure by myself!
“Daiki-kun!” I called him as the bell rang signing us it’s time to go home.
“Oh! Inoo-kun. Doushita?”
“What’s wrong with your neck?”
“Eh?!” He looked surprised when I asked that. “It’s- I even don’t know what happened with my neck. I just got this red marks in the morning and I feel I want to cover it just like this.”
“Can I see it?”
“Ah…, hai.” He fidgeted a bit. Well, I’m not that close as Hikaru to him though, so he must be feeling a bit uneasy. Then he opened the band aid and what I saw was those two red spots on his left neck. They wasn’t that deep to say it was a vampire bite though, but those creature must have some formula to make it look like it wasn’t their bite marks, don’t they?
“You are ashamed if people see it they’ll think that you have those kiss marks, right?”
“That’s exactly the same as Hikaru said before…,” Hah…, I’m being compared to that fanged boy…. Wait. Hikaru isn’t a vampire, right? But to see Daiki-kun has those marks, and Hikaru is the only one who could be as close to him…. I think I need Ann’s help, my dog. But, how will I make him meet Ann?
“Oh, yeah Inoo-kun, I heard that tomorrow we’ll have to make math study group. Would you mind to be in our math group? Me and Hika?”
“SURE!! Then it would be a pleasure if we study at my home.” This is it! There’s always a way to Rome. I’ll make Ann, my dog, to recognize whether Hikaru is a vampire or not. I’ll do anything to reveal all the secrets about vampire. I also am ready to sacrifice myself to be bitten by them….

“Grrr…,” Ann gave an unfriendly reaction. He was growling while moving backwards step by step. I don’t know whether anyone notice it or not, but there must be something. There’s something with this Takaki Yuya.
“Hey…, what a beautiful dog…, is it a girl?” he extended his right hand, reaching Ann to touch him.
“Grrr…,” he still growling unfriendly.
“Come here!” he called her. “Good girl…,” and Ann suddenly spoiled towards him. It’s strange. She was so unfriendly back then. She growled, but at the same time she seemed scared. And now,s he acted like she wants him to ruffle her furs badly!

I can’t no more use Ann to identify whether someone is a vampire or not. Maybe the vampire himself has a super ability to control all the things to be on the way he wants it to be. That Takaki Yuya…, I’m sure there must be something with him.
“Ittai…,” someone hissed just in the time when I want to go up from the emergency stairs.
“What a troublesome boy you are….” Someone was bullied?
“Ittai!” another pained tone heard. But it was different to the first one I guess.
“What did you do to my Daiki?” I tried to peek what’s going on actually, and what I saw were Daiki-kun being tied up by someone behind him, but that someone’s face looked terrible while Takaki was behind him. A girl then rushed down stairs that made me hide behind the wall. She dropped a bloody flipped knife. Wait…! Daiki was bullied by a girl?!
“Are you okay?” Takaki asked Daiki-kun I guess. I peek them once more, and I have no idea where did the boy who was holding Daiki go.
“Hai…. Arigatou, Takaki-san.”
“There’s no one can hurt my partner,” What does he mean? “No one can hurt my Daiki, ever,” then he kissed him.
KISSED!!! Oh my god!! Takaki just kissed Daiki-kun’ cheek?!
“Damn…, your blood is just so….” Blood? What does he mean?
“Sorry. I shouldn’t do this.” Do what? What’s actually happen between them?
Okay…. Let me recap what was happen just some time ago. Daiki was bullied by a girl I don’t know who. I heard he hissed, and the girl rushed down stairs when Takaki came, dropping a flipped knife which was covered by a blood. There wasn’t really much blood on it, but I’m sure she was just hurting Daiki-kun with the knife. The boy who was holding Daiki suddenly disappeared. Then Takaki said those strange line, about the partner and ‘no one can hurt MY Daiki’. Do they have that kind of relationship? Takaki even kissed him! But then he said about the blood. Perhaps the blood Daiki has when the girl hurt him. And that strange line came out from Takaki…, what actually will come after it? ‘Your blood is just so…’. Could that be…, instead of kissing Daiki, Takaki was just licking Daiki’s bloody cheek? So the continuation of the line should be….
“Your blood is just so tasty.” Or the super deadly line should be… “Your blood is just so addicted?”
Takaki Yuya…, I’ll reveal your true self. I’ll make sure that you really are a vampire….

First, I have to get close to Daiki who is now the closer one with Takaki Yuya.
“Daiki-kun! Are you going home now?” I approached him behind his shoes rack.
“Hai!” he seemed a bit shock. “Can we go home together?”
“Why?” ‘Why’ he asked? What a rude way to ask.
“Or do you already have a plan going home with someone? With Takaki-kun maybe? You two seemed close nowadays….” I think I should be more to the point with him.
“He’ll go home with me! And you, don’t just so bluntly asking him to go home with you or stating that he’s close to Takaki because you’re even not close to him!” WHAT?! This fake vampire! What the hell is up with him? He acted like Daiki is here all just for him. See?! It looks like Daiki has another plan not to go home with him. Daiki bowed deep, and left the fanged boy who was stuck with disappointed face. Could that be those three are in a love triangle? Ah! Whatever! I need to follow Daiki to get the proof about Takaki being a vampire.
First proof, I saw Daiki get in to Takaki’s limousine from the day he entered the school. It was parked a bit far from the gate and no one could notice it because the road is just barely used. Now he is in the limo, how could I follow him?
“Stalking people like that would just ruin your cuteness….”
“UWAAAAAAH…..!!!!” I screamed as someone just whispered to me from behind and it startled me a lot!
“Who…, who are you?” a tall skinny guy in a black suit approached me.
“I’m one of the most loyal butlers of the Takaki Family, and I advise you not to do such an unnecessary thing.” He said with flat tone, his face was firm.

What’s up with that guy actually?! It’s my business to stalk people I wanted to! But now he couldn’t stop me from collecting the evidence about Takaki being a vampire, because now I’m here as his math study group mate.
The house is surely huge. Too huge to be lived by only the four of the family member Takaki has. I couldn’t meet with his family though, because they have their own business he said. From the family picture that hanged on the wall in the main lobby, they looked normal. The interior of the house surely intimidates common people who come to visit. I and Hikaru were still amazed with the house, but not Daiki.
“Have you ever come here before, Daiki-kun?” I asked. “You seemed to know already about the house compared to me and Hikaru. We’re still amazed by the design itself but you even walked in front of Takaki like you already know what room behind the door is, like it is your own house.” Oops! Am I too rude asking him directly like that?
“I feel thirsty.” Daiki said.
“Oh, I’ll asked the maid to make some drinks,” Takaki acted with no worry. “I’ll go with you! I want to drink badly!” Daiki-kun…, it’s so obvious na…. that you already knew the house, that you already used to it, all of that were just too obvious for me, the vampire researcher.
“If you want my blood that badly, then please drink it….” I heard a huge proof!
“But, they’re still here, I can’t….” Takaki placed his hands on Daiki’s shoulder. They’re in the kitchen, and still in the serious talk.
“But you haven’t drunk it for two weeks! Is it because I collapsed when you drank that day? It’s my fault then because I didn’t ate the vitamins you gave, cause I hate medicine.”
“Sorry…, I troubled you this much….”
“Don’t sorry me again! I’ll take the vitamins from now on for you! So you can drink my blood as much as you want.”

“The free show is end!” Whoa! Someone covered my eyes from behind! And what worse is, I can’t move at all now!
“You have too much courage to know deeper about this,” he whispered in my left ear. His tone was flat “And you already knew too much about something you mustn’t know,” his arm hugged my body that I can only breathe deeply in fear.
“If you that scared, then you have to end your stupid research, or else I’ll do something really bad to you….” Holy crap!! I guess I’ve gotten myself to real trouble this time.
“Hai…,” I somehow couldn’t fight him back. Those lines just now, somehow it has the effect to erase all the courage you have, leaving you just in dark fear.
“Will you promise me?” He gripped my shoulders after loosened his hug and his hand which was covering my eyes. He made me face him. And it was that same guy from before. I nodded as an agreement, cause I really do have no courage to oppose at all.
“Then, I shall put a seal on you so that you won’t spill even the tiniest detail.” Here we go, I thought. My body trembled in fear, I was guessing he’d apply some weird spell or something. But he kissed me instead.

A/N: Yatta!!! I did it! Finally I made it! Perhaps this side story makes some of you disappointed because it’s not Tadaiki. Well…, I didn’t say I’ll make Tadaiki for the side story tough.
