My first Live Journal! Never thought I'd see the day...

Thanks to all of those Mara fans who added me as a friend. It's nice to know there are others out there who love Mara as much as I.

I think your website is a lovely idea and I look forward to seeing it. As for suggestions...there are so many possibilities. You could support fanfic with Mara and other characters, fan art, post the best quotes from Mara and / or about Mara, get other fans to help you put together a complete list of all merchandise that is Mara related, maybe even interview some people like Timothy Zahn and / or Shannon McRandle, I don't know but I'm sure others have ideas. It is good to see that Mara lives on!

Thanks, Rogue! I was also thinking of maybe documenting Mara-related events from each book/story she's in. Of course, that'll take time.... there are a lot of old Bantam books out there. And I have trouble remembering which event goes to which book.

That sounds good. There is a lot of stuff on Mara out there. Maybe Zahn will give us some more if we are lucky. Just covering the events in her first three novels is time consuming.

Sorry the website has taken so long. I finally found a home for it and I'm still working on the graphics. It's slow going due to work, real life and Potter, but it will happen. I intend to finish DH this week. That way I can get back on the internet without fear of being spoiled. ;-) Once that's done I should be able to devote ALL of my time to the website.
