Thanks, I still don't know if I'll complete my goal however. I am currently sick, and my boss is on vacation (so I'm busy doing her job, and trying to fill her shoes for the next week), not to mention that I'm taking a Spanish class this semester. And I'm moving... next week. *sighs* With only... 11? weeks left in the year, and still have 14 more to read. Well, as long as I get close, I'm okay with that. =)

My sister also said that book 5 was really dark. But ya know, the end of book 4 was really ominous, like you know 5 is going to be a very dark time. I honestly don't know how any other HP book could top the Goblet of Fire. Just amazing. =) I may soon have to read some of this infamous HP fic. ;-)

Goblet of Fire is AMAZING. I think Rowling reached her series pinnicle with that book... you probably won't like the next two quite as much... folks start kicking the bucket (though I'm not going to say who!)

Shanna and I both enjoy the series as well. She's in England now and she was on the train from London going to Bristol and she told me it was raining and she looked out on all these rolling hills and felt like she was in Harry Potter land taking the train to Hogwarts.

I like this one because its a very fun and light story. The threat of Voldemort seems far away for most of it. I didn't really enjoy the movie because it was...too short. I always felt like the school was one of the main characters in the books and it should be in the movies as well. The tournament was more of the main character instead of the school understandly, I just would have told the story differently. The Prisoner of Azkaban was my favorite movie. =)

Enjoy the next one!

I really like that... the school being one of the main characters. Very good point that I honestly never really though of. But it has its own personality, with lots and lots of layers. =)

yes what took you so long to read it. I'm on the last book now and it really is taking me forever cause I am reading for school and not for pleasure and by the time I have time to read for pleasure I"m tired of reading, really sucks.
