Ok, so... if you don't know what CSA is, you should. It is, to put it in basic terms, really groovy. And it is not just for hippies. The idea is, you buy a membership or a subscription to a local farm. This, in turn, gives you a regular box or basket of fresh, locally grown produce. We love our Farmer's Market and make sure we buy our berries from one of the local farms just up the road from us. I prefer to support local businesses, farms or otherwise. I've been looking for a local dairy and a bee farm. Thanks for the link, sunshine :)
