We were "monitored" yesterday at work, which means that people from the State came in and examined our files. The official results aren't in yet, but we're 90% sure that we failed -- the only possible way that we could have passed is if the monitors decide to be super nice and ignore lots of missing social security cards. Dang freakin' coworker's! I wonder why she's such an unhappy person? You never get an F when you do your best so go you. If you dropped your laptop you might have shaken something loose and maybe that's why you're getting the error? I'd love to help you if I can so you don't have to deal with the evil one. You're too nice a person to have to be at the mercy of a jerk like that. Many hugs!

I didn't drop it, I spilled water all over it! (Ooops) But it seemed to dry out and work okay -- so I think that the other problems were unrelated. Our nice computer guys have been in pretty much every day this week, so whatever's wrong has been fixed. Actually, there's a running joke that I spread computer viruses through my fingertips, because whenever I *touch* a computer, it seems to have a problem! So . . . oops. But at least nothing's wrong with mine now . . . if I knew that I hadn't done anything to it to begin with, I wouldn't have felt so badly about it, but since I messed up, I was feeling particularly guilty.

Well I made up the term I'm 'electronically challenged; because I too seem cursed around all electronics! My first computer had the motherboard catch fire and it toasted the processor, hard drive, and tweaked my cd rom. I even had the monitor explode a few months later. The dvd player randomly turns itself off. We bought a new tv because my old one was getting lines and had bad color. The new one does too. Even my new computer that I built with Jer was so picky about it's RAM it wouldn't work until I bought it the most expensive stuff out there. I think they're out to get us. I computer like I robot hehe. I just hope my new laptop isn't too screwed up. It's refurbished so we'll see;) At least I have an excuse hehe.
