Dude, he totally is. The other day I went up to him and asked for a packet and ten minutes later I asked him what the status was on that packet and he didnt even remember having the conversation with me... Plus he always talks about how he was "really rebelious" when he was younger and then one day he was talking about pot and all this shit. And his eyes are all bloodshot and shit at the beginning of first hour. hehe. Oh and he's not married and lives by himself...he's a total pothead..He's gotta be.
