"Yes, James." Came a sleepy reply from across the room.
"...and a Gryffindor too... Though I think I’d like her no matter the house.."
"Yes, James."
"All of that beautiful red hair...?"
"Yes, James."
"Those big blue eyes."
"They’re green."
"What?!"
"Her eyes are green, James."
"No they are not! I'd remember."
"Whatever you say, James." Sirius rolled back over and ignored the frustrated ramblings of his classmate. It had been a long time since nights were quiet in the Gryffindor tower.
