I'd offer to send Remus chocolate, but if it's a stomache bug I doubt it'd help very much. Regardless, tell him I hope he gets better soon and if he's still there in a few days (he usually is, when he gets sick), if he's not against it I'll drag Hugh and everybody up and we can visit.

It was only afterwards I realized they were Slytherins and everything was still really civilized, but by that time it was really dark out and I was halfway back to the common room.

Honestly, you're almost as bad as James sometimes when it comes to Slytherins. They're not all like Snape. I admit to being amused when I saw you talking to them, though. And arguing about Grindylows was terribly fun.

I've gone over my lines for Midsummer again ... I didn't realize Puck had so many lines. Anyway, I'm still trying to work out if I can manage to give myself pointed ears for the preformances. Maybe I can rope Minda into helping me with that problem too; after all, she's Oberon and she'll be wanting the ears as much as I am, if she has any sense. There's got to ( ... )

There's actually a book that my family has a copy of, "The Conjuring of Illusions as Mind and Appearance," which I'm certain would have some charm of the kind within it. I don't think I could at all get my hands on it before the play, but I'm sure the library has a copy of it. It may be in the Restricted section, but I'm certain that it is somewhere one the premises. Perhaps Professor McGonnagal has a copy, even. She would be the one to ask, for any case. Or per chance the Room of Requirement will be exceedingly helpful on the matter.
But if you do find something out, with or without what aid I might have suggested, do tell me to it, as I'm sure Titania will be needing the ears as well. The faery party could likely go without, but the three of us will be needing them, to the least fraction.
Lastly: Do we have a donkay head for Bottom?

Yes, we have a donkey's head. An enchanted one, courtesy of (we think) Dumbledore. Remus said something about placing wards around it so that we could see if any people who shall remain James and Sirius do anything frightfully imaginative.

And I like that idea for conjuring the semblance of pointed ears. Very logical. Hope you can find the book. I'd go check, but the library is locked at this time of night. Oh, well, we can check tomorrow.

Question for Sirius and Remus--Is Peter acting in this play?

Really, I'm not that bad! I am quite decent to the other Slytherins. Snape curses me in the halls whenever he gets the chance, so why should I take that lying down, I ask you?
