Thanks:) It's actually quite old - dynix drew it for me years ago - I just tend to forget to change the icon off the default...

I can usually see 1-2 other wireless networks around me, and a couple of others much less frequently. all of which seem to be password protected. Which I am happy to find.

I am surprised more of my neighbours don't have them. If "Cat Sanctuary" is from the cat rescue place, that's quite a long way to get wireless from (it's at least a 10 min walk from my house). It was WPA with key required though, so no bandwidth stealing there;)

I doubt it would be from the cat sanctuary then. I wouldn't have thought it would reach that far. I know from work they have a couple of wireless hubs and you wouldn't be able to use them any further than 30m. so unless you walk slower than your avarage tortoise then I doubt it's comming from the cat sanctuary.
My guess is that it's comming from somewhere that has lots of cats.
