We are leaving here on friday night. I have until then to get everything together and done. I have to go hose off and campdri the tent which is set up at my parents house today. I totally recommend Hobo Packs. I imagine you can cook broccoli or just about anything in one. Other than that...I find it difficult to eat healthy at home, let alone while camping.

Well eatting better can be done.. I suggest that we (the ones with the "X" chromosome) do some of the shopping and have the coolers set up thusly: Water cooler, Drinks cooler, Meat/Cheese Cooler, Veggies/fruit/dessert cooler we have enough of them to do that and we only have to worry about 5 people for sure... You, your boi, fish boi, the D-man and me... Dennis will cook as long as I don't get stuck with the clean up all the time and really out of the 5 of us fish head is the only one that prolly not be to helpful.. Andy if he shows is pretty good about being helpful.. we'll figure it out...
