Who is 'Raptor'?

"Raptor" is this guy in my Spanish class who thinks he is a raptor and goes and around school acting liking one. It's really funny but he's kind of strange, lol. He told David, or somebody that knows Raptor told David, that his mom his half raptor and his dad is half raptor so he's a raptor.
