5 lb 14 oz, 19.5 inches
The birth on my side was EASY! I went as long as I could without an epidural, but once I got it I was on easy street. I didn't feel a thing. Only a 1st degree tear and it was minor. I have already eaten dinner and showered... However... My little Jason isn't recovering that well. He was 5 days preterm and is in level 2 nursery. He has some fluid still in his lungs but he cant get it out because he is having some respiratory distress. He scored 9 out of 10 on the apgar, so everything is good cept that last point (aka the lungs). They say he has till 11:20 to stop wheezing/grunting before they admit him and have to do some IV's so please everyone think good thoughts that he will be put into nursery 1 instead of admitted. I have visited and he grabbed my finger and he was sooo cute! I will post later with a more detailed birth story, pictures and results!!!
