Good Morning. Feeling super dizzy this morning. I think it's sinuses. I ended up going to the doctor yesterday because I was having weird hot flushes over the weekend. So, camping was pretty much a success. However, I did feel really crappy on Saturday. I think it was partly because of all the rain and cold. I was chilled to the bone. Don't have much time to journal this morning, as I've slept in quite late. Dan got home around midnight, which caused me not to get much sleep, as I'm not used to sleeping alone. My cat is totally irritating me. The other night, he ran outside while we were bringing in an entertainment center a friend and gave us, and the bakers rack and end table my mom gave us (Yay! Who feeds the feeder? I think this is an important question. I don't think that social workers, or anyone else, can be very effective at helping anyone else if they don't get their own needs met.
