Have you ever had a song that you have heard just stick with you for ever? Recently the song stick in my head is California by Phantom Planet (if I'm not mistaken it's the theme to the O.C.). I think it's a great song. Just the sound of the song, the tonality of it makes you feel optimistic and youthful. I know its strange to say this about a song ( Read more... )

i wouldn't necessarily follow you, but then again i wouldn't necessarily follow anyone. that's just who i am

however, i would definitely support you

i was thinking about it the other day, and i realized that i really don't agree with most of the "party policies" out there now, whether democrat or republican. maybe you can shake things up a little. at the least, you could do better than most politicians out there now, and i know it's not saying much, but you could.

to what extent is knowledge the end-all? is knowledge for the sake knowledge actually good for anything?

beyond that, of what inherent value is it to maintain a track record and change your personality and persona based on the fickle opinions of others? you may want to write what i'm about to say down, it may not happen again but:

at least i support that bush doesn't change his mind every three seconds in an effort to please everyone. he has his opinions (albeit i typically disagree with them) but he sticks by them. i have respect for that.

now i feel as if i must go repent for having said a nice thing about bush... haha

oh, and i've never heard of matt pond, are they any good? did they do justice to oasis? (champagne supernova)

They're good, and yeah they do Oasis justice. I like it as much as I like the original.
