Have just spent ages filling out an online application form for a council job; Nature Reserve Assistant Manager, and I can't complete it as I forgot the last name of my current employer, so can't put down a reference yet! Duh

hmm...well he isnt directly my boss but he pays half my check...but the other agent in my office made me want to slap him silly this morning. He doesnt do any work even when we are busy. He shoves it all off on my co-worker (his employee). Ug! And he has many annoying habits....but this morning made me want to blow up his car or something. Jerk. lol

Good luck with the other interview, i think it'll be good for you to get out of the dreaded mortgage unit. Having said that its not a barel of laughs otu here really...

...Okay so i don't have a manager at the moment but i have a head tutor, today he read out the criteria for speaking and listening assessment anything above a level 3 (there being 8 levels) requires use of standard english. The kids in our area don't exactly use standard english in general speach but they can create an A* standard arguement, so i said 'surely having the focus on standard english rather than on the crafted arguement is just holding up some stupid class divide and privileging middle-class kids who speak in standard english all the time?'
To which he responded 'yes, so? Whats your point?' which sent me into seeeeeeething anger and a foul mood on the bus all the way home.
