Another reason to hate Lane Bryant

I am on hold with Lane Bryant's customer service. I placed an online order today, and dumby me, I only paid for regular ground shipping, but we are going to be out of town for almost two weeks, so I am worried that I won't be able to get the stuff in time to take on my trip with me. Well, I called customer service to get the order shipped overnight
