the only way to get rid of the soreness from working out ... is to work out again SOON ... you should try and do a little later if you have time. i know it sounds impossible but you will feel A LOT better in the morning ... just gotta stretch more
yeah i want to do it again tomorrow even if its for a lil bit. when i started running a few years ago i seriously could only do a mile at a time. i worked myself up to 5 before i got pregnant.. :D gotta start somewhere. today ive been throwing up all day. my sister n law said her tummy was hurting too.. maybe its a bug.
