As you age, there are fewer and fewer people in the world who are older than you.

I use to take comfort in the fact that I was not wise, that there were so many things to be learned in my lifetime. Now I'm older and not that much wiser. But the pathway to good and useful knowledge seems so much more difficult to discern now.

The great thing about Flickr is that you can say, "What photos have been amassed on blackberries?" (The fruit, of course, not the device.)
