Drinks in town this Wednesday
As has been mentioned elsewhere, suziehill and I have vague plans of a celebratory nature involving going into town on Wednesday afternoon and entering into a state of advanced embeveragement. Sue is probably going to finish work around 2 o'clock, so I don't see any good reason not to make a start soon after that. Sinclairs is as good a place as any. Later on, we're liable to want to go for food. There is a possibility that we could join the Wednesday meal lot, but frankly that would involve going to Salford and thus making the journey home a right pain, so I wouldn't hold my breath. Descending on some random city centre venue (or even staying at Sinclairs, come to think of it) is much more likely. Let me know if you'll be joining us.
