What's wrong with me?

I feel depressed and detached from the world. Is it my repetitive and meaningless life? Is it listening to the oh-so-great yet depressing music of 1990? Or is it that I spent my last $15 bucks on a quarter tank of gas which will no doubt run out before my next paycheck? I don't know what it is, but the people upstairs are beginning to piss me off.

I like that one - beating a child with a duck. Interesting to imagine not only the actual beating but the noises that the child and the duck would make. You think yout day isn't going well? Have you read my journal lately? Although I think we may be even.
