It's always a strange feeling coming back to people.
I'm not really here, admittedly;
I work 9 day stretches, and then crash out for five days.

But somehow I feel less lonesome out in the middle of nowhere
Than in the middle of the suburbs.

I'm far away, aren't I?

for me, the loneliness has something to do with jealousy. I don't know if that makes sense.

The middle of nowhere cares more about what you're doing there and how to fit you in, while the middle of the suburbs the world could care less.

Being far away isn't necessarily a bad thing, but we'd like you back anyway.
