So far today I have shoveled the driveway without rest for 35 minutes. Pretty decent workout. Soon it is time to head to the gym and do another cardio session and possibly some upper body. Ah, perhaps I forgot to mention my short term goal: Burn 100.000 calories between now and the last day of march.

Yesterday was about 600 kcal, today was around 1450 kcal or so. It is late and I do not have the exact numbers.

Day 1: Biggest Loser workout
Day 2: Shoveling snow and an hour on the elliptical.

So far I am on track for the 100K calories. ^^
