I love that I was able to experience this with my children ( and my husband, bless his heart!) It was a wonderful day, all in all.

Reminds me of our trip to Mesa Verda. Rock on one side, one lane - what happens when another car comes ? - and cliff on the other side. My husband drove. I slid beneath the level of the window and closed my eyes - lol !

Great read, Marsha !

Your hubby isn't a very good passenger is he!! lol Sounds like a beautiful trip, it's good that you got to enjoy the scenery on the way back. Are your family with you for good now?

Two things: 1) I love the bright colors and the new name. 'My Stories' is so appropriate.

2) I can't begin to tell you how much this made me smile. I could picture this because I was the kid in the car when I was wee small, and Dad was driving through West Virginia. Which was where my Mother grew up. Of course, my Mother knew everything about Everything and didn't hesitate to tell Dad this. She babbled and rambled and blathered and hollered and "LOOK OUT!!" -ed enough for three shrill spouses on each trip.

We just laughed at her. Thanks for the smile. :-)
