I love you. Don't worry, things are going to work out... he's almost done, anyway. Listen to what he has to say about it; this is a minor setback in the grand scheme of things. He will still finish college, go to graduate school, and achieve his goals.
And the cool thing about this contest coming up is that we will have an opportunity to let others see what's going on here, how big government and bureaucracy is affecting people, and how the state is wasting our money by putting somebody as harmless as your brother in jail on a purely technical probation violation.
That's crazy. I was just thinking of David and his stint in jail earlier today, wondering if he and Lisa were still together, remembering going to visit him and wondering if he's gonna have this on his record for the rest of his life.

Why is he in jail now?

He is in jail for violating probation: playing WOW. Best case scenario is serve 2 months. Worst case- 4 months.
The documentary will fill in the rest. It will be up soon.
