woohoo...yay. I'm really excited about my new job! I have an appointment for this thursday to go in and fill out the new employee forms, and then I have my health screening on friday (Duke's picky about these things I guess)...but hey, you won't see me complaining. sooo, last night was no fun. :( I went to basketball practice, and was actualy going to play because mom was dropping me off, but 1) we gave Quan a ride so mom told her to make sure I didn't and 2) she came in and told the assitant coach that was there. My ankle is doing better now. Well, slightly better. It's not that swollen anymore. heh heh, well, according to ME it isn't anyway. I even played tennis on it today...kinda. I mostly stayed in one spot, and looking back I guess I probably shouldn't have because my ankle hurts just a tad bit more, but hey...I'm no cripple and I had to prove it. ha ( Read more... )

so just when life looks good, it's just gotta throw ya a curve ball right?? well, mine came in the form of an injury. I emssed up my ankle in my first of 3 basketball games today.
