Yeah, I trust it's nothing so drastic as a stress fracture. That'd suck if you're out for the season. Did you go in the pool or just stick to the bike?
Eh, I always hate pool workouts. That is, if you did the regular pool workout or if you swam. Once school starts, both teams are in the pool every Wednesday, and every time we aqua jog. I'm not a very bouyant person and get leg cramps and swallow too much water. They carried over to track too, somehow, and this one disastrous practice almost resulted in me drowning.
