In 1898 a struggling author named Morgan Robertson concocted a novel about a fabulous Atlantic liner, far larger than any that had ever been built. Robertson loaded his ship with rich and complacent people and then wrecked it one cold April night on an iceberg. Lo sé, y eso que la forma en que está narrado no es particularmente lacrimosa. Comencé a leerlo por la fascinación de un desastre tan grande, pero a la mitad me tenía que obligar a avanzar y al final lo terminé más por respeto a las personas que murieron que por interés :(
