A really cute shirt with a blue and white pattern and a v-neck/sweetheart neckline that I got for $6 on clearance at Old Navy (who knew!) and indigo wash jeans
03. What games did you recently finish?
Um... Kyle and I played Rock Band on Saturday? lol
04. What is your favorite scent?
I love the smell of cookies/brownies/cake baking... yum!!
05. What books are you reading at the moment?
A bunch of boring books for my classes. For my Joyce seminar, I'm about to start Ulysses. I haven't read a book for pleasure since summer. :(
06. What do you drink the most?
Water.

Occasionally
08. Who was your first big crush?
This kid Nick in sixth grade... oh my God I was so in love, as much as an eleven-year-old can love lol
09. What did you want to be when you grew up?
A writer --> Alicia's got the same answer as me! :-p My first story was four pages long and I gave it to my second grade teacher
10. Do you have a good body-image?
Hell no.

lol no I have a real one

The first three books in the Harry Potter series. I've read each of them 10+ times, no joke.

I can think of an inappropriate answer to that

homework or studying for my psych exam
21. Whats the meaning behind your LJ username/name/nicknames you go by?
Mares was a nickname given to me by an elementary school friend, so when I made this journal, I went with that. My parents named me Mary because she was a great Biblical figure and also because they like the name.
I'm going to tag anyone who wants to do this. :-p
Today was crazy for running. I did 45 minutes total (4.05 miles, 3.35 of that was straight running) on the treadmill: five minutes warm up at 4.2 mph at a 5 incline, 20 minutes at 6 mph at a .5 incline (felt like I was going to die... going right after lunch = BAD IDEA!), 15 minutes at 5.4 mph at a .5 incline, five minutes cool down (two minutes 4.7 mph and three minutes 4 mph no incline). Now I'm beat from that.
Off to Health Services!
