Running

Today was the best day I've ever had for running so far. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 4.1 miles (ran 3.4 of those miles!). I started out with a five minute warm up at 4.3 mph at a 5 incline, then ten minutes at 6 mph at a 1 incline, then a total of 12 minutes at 6 mph at a .5 incline (20 minutes straight 6 mph, then two minutes ( Read more... )

Thanks! I've been slacking on my work outs and eating too much in the way of candy and sweets lately so I've plateaued... le sigh.
