Getting billed more than my weekly income for an inconclusive medical procedure.  Seriously, when I take over the world doctors will be like ambulance chasing lawyers--they won't get paid until they give you a diagnosis

Do it. Email Mama D. Do it. Or I will. You needed that test, inconclusive or not. It could have said you had appendicitis or cysts that needed treatment or who knows what else. Believe me, I know how frustrating it is not to have a diagnosis (5+ years of supposedly normal thyroid tests yet all the symptoms...). And yes, medical bills are ungodly expensive. But if you don't have your health... (I'll let you finish that sentence on your own because I'm coming up with about 20 different possible endings here).

Hi -- I just wanted to drop a comment and let you know that I friended you because your journal seems interesting. I'm weirded out by people who friend without commenting at all, so I don't like to do that. Hope you don't mind. :)
