I am looking for a tattoo artist in the Vancouver/Portland area. I have gone to Popeye at Atlantis Tattoo in downtown Vanc. and prefer him. Does anyone know if the shop or he is still around? If not, who can you recommend? Someone good at tribal/celtic knotwork is preferred. Any ideas?

Oh, he's gone, BTW. I don't recommend the shop as as. I don't have tattoos, obviously, but I've been in since he left and got a bad vibe.

Amy at Tiger Lilly did mine. I'd reccomend either her or the guys at Raven Ink.
