I have this.. illogical fear of moose. I'd had too much caffeine when I was too tired and somehow saw pictures and heard how big they were, and as time passed and people playfully added to the 'joke' it built up. For what it's worth, they tend to not like people. We smell funny and carry guns (well, in moose experience, we do).
