In response to your negatives:
You will read The Historian when you are done with Breaking Dawn. Not only is it a good story, it is written well.
Hating your current job is good, it fuels the fire to acheive the job you have worked hard to be able to do.
You didn't get Johanna in Sweeney because, let's face it, NEPA casting has nothing to do with talent, and everything to do with politics. And because you are not petty enough to play into their mind-numbing community theatre politics, you are (allegedly) snubbed. Whenever you don't get cast in community theatre, take it as a good sign - you're too good for them.
