I'm not completely sure I remember, and I rarely keep .PSDs, but I'll see if I can send you in the right direction at least.
I use mostly color layers, and I definitely used a brown exclusion layer for this one. It looks like I also used a tan/pinkish layer set on Soft Light. I use quite a few color layers in my icons, but those two are the most important...after that I generally use Color Balance (I just mess with it) and also Curves (I make two points - one that makes it slightly brighter, and one that adds more contrast, very close to the first one).
