M. I told your mom I was reading your blogs, and have enjoyed them, although I don't know what the hell you are talking about most of the time, having only been to France during WWII, so that gives you an idea of my age. I hated the people in Paris, but was mad for those in the country. However, that is such deep history now. I hope you don't mind my reading your adventures, sounds to me like you are having a really great time there, and I know that Betsy misses you like crazy, but would never go to such extremes as to put into words like that. You are indeed blessed to have her for a mom. I am in Kauai HI at the moment, enjoying the rains, enormous downpours, 13 inches in one day and 3 inches in an hour, but is glorious to walk in them. Also, was awfully glad to read that you really do want to come back to Oregon. Know that makes your mom happy, and her happiness is important to me as she is a very very special friend to me.
