Lee Schofield: Sam’s undercover name

Clay Warren: Worked for Bishop in his warehouse, shot by Bishop on the same day Terry and Andy were attacked
Malcolm Bishop: Crime boss, used to live in Toronto where he trafficked drugs, people, etc. Whereabouts unknown; returns to TO sporadically; murdered Clay Warren
Paul Allen: Bishop’s right-had man, supervises the warehouse where the crew works.
Jimmy Weston (Weston/Wes): Worked for Bishop in the past; was presumed dead until he showed up back in TO and began working for Bishop again, attempted to kill Andy in the basement of the hospital bc she witnessed the murder of Clay Warren
Chris and Evan Malone: Brothers; friends of Warren since they were all kids; worked for Bishop since they were teenagers; disappeared from TO after Evan attacked Andy; Evan - killed by Weston in Ch. 7. Chris - whereabouts unknown.

Terry Simonson: Andy’s new partner, was seriously injured the night Warren was killed; later died in the hospital of a head injury
Jill Stone: RCMP; Andy’s WitSec handler
Mark McBride: RCMP; Stone’s partner
Karen Anderson: Works with OPP; a sort of liaison between 15 Division and RCMP (as far as this case is concerned) (*)
Hendricks: Homicide detective; took over the case after Callaghan was suspended (*)
Dr. Melissa Curtis: 15 Division police psychiatrist
Piper Green: Sam's new partner
