I also have been to Steve at ArtFreak(he did the waves on my ankle)
I've also heard good things about Fred Smith in Newport(who I'll be going to for my next tattoo! :D )

Dave at federal hill tattoo is amazing. He did both of mine, and both of Scotty's tats. I've seen some amazing reproduction etching type stuff he's done on friends too.

Who did that bat you have, anyway? I would probably suggest Brian at Art Freek because I think he did that piece that Nik has, you know the one with the little boy sitting on a dock (I think?).. it's worth checking out, because I know a lot of people like him.
