You totally get the new book 5 hours before me! My English gentleman just came home from getting his copy, and I still have three hours to go.

Are you into Devendra Banhart? And have you seen Donnie Darko?

Yup, I ordered it on Amazon to arrive at my work. I start work at 10, and the post should come shortly thereafter! I work a hideously boring job in a video shop, so it will be the best relief!
I only have a couple of Devendra songs, but I will never forget seeing him play on Jools Holland (have you seen that show on your visits to the UK?)-he was brilliantly crazed. And I am still in the early stages of enjoying DD-I have only seen it two or three times and I still need to watch it more. It's a great movie-I can't believe I waited till this year to see it!

Thought I'd give it another go,and leave you a second comment.
I'm a ryan adams fan,david gray,jeff buckley fan as well. PLanning a trip to London in Feb'06 ...I read that you have a english boyfriend,I've been speaking with an english guy for the past few months now...And I wanted to ask advice on the 'long distance' thing and how you guys make it work stuff like that,and you're pretty cool and we have similair music interests:)

ps:How great is "Babylon" by David Gray?It's my current obsession,and I love the music video for it.

I'd like to add you, if you don't mind. I haven't updated or done much of anything with my LJ lately, but we seem to have similar interests (more than just Ryan ;)).

I actually haven't updated here with much poetry lately. Actually, I haven't written much poetry lately. You can read a lot of old stuff if you friend me over at mappingmyself though. I'll be sure to add you back on that. :)
