My "Marathoning SMAP Jidaigeki Project" is going very slowly because of real life. I only watched Tsuyopon's Inu sp and Kimura's Oda Nobunaga and Musashi. Still have a lot on my list.
My biggest impression is the climax scene from Oda Nobunaga where Kimura looks so....I can't even find the word to describe it lol. The gap with the way he looked in the whole sp made the impact bigger.
This season I'm watching A Life and Uso no Sensou. I totally love both. My favourite character is Shibata-san. She's so cool. But all the characters on A Life somehow slowly grew on me: Igawa sensei, Hamura sensei, Masao, Okita's father. This is a strange thing to say but I realized for the first time how beautiful and cute Takeuchi Yuuko is. I always liked her in variety and other dramas because I found her cool and classy, but now I'm discovering another side of her appeal.
In Uso no Sensou I love Yasuken's character and Haruka the most. The drama is getting better and darker with every episode.
I also started reading Mugen no Juunin. So much gore! I think I wouldn't have the courage to keep reading it if not for Kimura's movie. But it's a damn good manga! The characters are all so interesting and I love how you just lose the distinction between the "good" and the "bad" along the way. The female characters are awesome. Makie and Hyakurin are goddesses
In other news, Toshokan is moving to monday prime time slot, just the moment when I started realizing that mondays are the most lonely.
I'll stop wondering how they always know what we want. I'll just accept the fact that SMAP always give us what we need.
ok, I'm not totally used to it, it still amazes me and makes me fall harder for them every year :)
