Megan made it back from Japan and has now made it safely to London. She said her hotel room is smaller than her apartment was in Japan, which is really small since her apartment was about the size of her bedroom here. I swear, it's like kids somehow gravitate to the most dangerous possible scenario. And they wonder why their parents are crazy and full of gray hair. I remember this one magazine writer who said that he would beg his son to travel anywhere on the planet except countries that ended in "stan", because those were always the places his kid wanted to go. Yay for Megan getting safely from Japan to London! I'll bet she has some sleep to catch up on, but of course that can wait until she gets back home. :) It sounds like she's having a wonderful time. I love England in the spring, with all those lovely gardens just starting to bloom; I hope she gets a chance to explore a lot. (As for London, IA it'll be crazy for the G20 summit, but I'll bet it's also bristling with security.)

I hope she enjoys her visit, and comes home ready for some R&R with Mom and Dad!
