The 5 worst things to ever happen to anime/manga!
Number 5.....Pairing wars/rabid fandoms/retarded yaoi fangirls and retarded yuri fanboys. (I say retarded because not all yuri or yaoi fangirls/boys are, just the annoying ones that rape your favorite series with their filthly fanarts and (shivers) fanficion)
Number 4.....Nick Simmons (just read all the crap going on with his "comic" incarnate....the anime world has been in a storm thanks to that guy and his comic!)
Number 3.....bad fanfiction....really bad fanfiction! OOCness, mary sues, bad plots, wtfness, bad writing, people need EDITORS BADLY, bad ideas in general, or freaking crossovers......and not talking something like Yu Yu Hakusho crossed over with Inuyasha.....or anime crossed over with Kingdom Hearts.....I'm talking about......SAILOR MOON/DBZ CROSSOVERS!!!! I'M TALKING ONE PIECE CROSSED OVER WITH TRANSFORMERS AND BLEACH!!! (you heard me right) I'M TALKING BLEACH CROSSED OVER WITH STAR WARS!!!! I'M TALKING ANYTHING PUT TOGETHER WITH TWILIGHT!!!! I'M TALKING (insert any anime here) CROSSED OVER WITH HARRY POTTER DX!!!!!! (Harry potter crossovers peeve me off more than anything, I do NOT EVER wanna see Naruto running around Hogwarts with Goku, Ichigo, Usagi, and/or Yugi Moto!!! NO JUST NO!!!!!!!)
Number 2.......Hollywood + Liveaction.....I got two movies for you, Speed Racer...and....Dragonball Evolution (goes to throw up). Seriously, is it IMPOSSIBLE FOR HOLLYWOOD?!?!?!?! I mean sure Transformers is a divided subject (either you love it or hate it-the movies that is) BUT SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! Other than Transformers, is Hollywood REALLY THAT INCAPABLE of making a APPROPRIATE LIVE ACTION ADAPTION FROM ANYTHING JAPANESE/ANIME ORIENTED?!?!?! (don't even get me started on video games gone movies.....I do not want flashbacks of Mortal Kombat (both of them), Street fighter, or Super Mario Bros......UGH!!!!!!!) I mean seriously?! HOW HARD IS IT TO DO THE RESEARCH?!?!?!? HOW HARD IS IT TO TRY TO STAY CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL?!?!?! HOW HARD IS IT TO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY ARE PUTTING INTO THESE CRAPFESTS?!?!?!?!
On a separate note-I actually have high hopes and expectations for The Last Airbender. Because the designs of costumes looked great, the special effects in the trailer looked awesome, the music-is FAITHFUL TO THE ORIGINAL SERIES' MUSIC (from what I heard in the trailer), and I even heard on the net, that the director of this movie-is actually TRYING to stay as close as possible to the original series-that he's even discussed with the original creators of Avatar the Last Airbender because he wanted this movie to be faithful to the series, and to the fans(that and he didn't want to piss of the fans, the same way we were all pissed off at Dragonball Evolution)
Number 1.......4kids.....I really don't have to explain this one.....after everything they've done to Yugioh, Shaman King, Tokyo Mew Mew, Sonic, the Americanization that really confused me (instead of the opposite of 4kids so called editing goals) as a child.
(seriously, I wouldn't of been confused with a riceball 4kids....but you saying it was a jelly donut, then when I see a real jelly donuts, and I saw a real rice-ball, that confused me....you didn't help kids....you screwed with their heads!!!)
And I dare not mention....what you did.....YOU DARED TO.....do.....to One Piece......I still shiver with anger and disgust of what you did to that series! DX.......of course I won't forget, Magical DoReMi....another series you morbidly screwed up. (and I didn't even watch the original). And you dared to ALMOST get your grubby little hands on Naruto! (say what you will about the VIZ Naruto dub....70 % of the time I would normally agree, but seriously, THANK THE HEAVENS VIZ GOT NARUTO!!! At least they wouldn't butthurt Naruto like 4kids would of)
