Ok, so I go to the supermarket....as usual and buy everything on my list.

lol. that is quite funny! i actually know what your talking about too... i think it's supposed to reassure the people who starve themselves that its alright to eat.

I don't starve myself...but I am trying to eat healthier....sense my mother always says, "Enjoy your skinnyness while it lasts"

So yeah....hence me trying to eat healthier....with the junk in there here and there....let's face it....who can resist junk food???? I mean besides models and skeleton girls.

But yes, I got a kick out of "Reduced Fat Free" Yogurt! XD It's such an awesome little Fail! XD

It seems the majority of females in every country are unsatisfied with their body and advertisers play on that any way they can. Yay for Media Studies bringing awareness.

But yeah I get what you mean. You should feel priveleged though. You get to do your own shopping. In my house, all junkfood is banned. Only dark chocolate is allowed and even then it's rationed throughout the month.

Yogurt is my saviour!!

True, but again, I don't always get to do the grocery shopping, we all take turns doing it. (well my 2 roomies and me)

But I get what you mean.

I love my junk food, but I do love SOME healthy choices too.
