She had A LOT of personality...however unlike Mimi, they didn't develop her into a very likeable person with all that fire and personality.
It sort of fell flat. There were some of those few moments where her character did seem kinda flat and not interesting...but they were few.
So she was really annoying and only sometimes kinda boring.
Cody was really boring and only sometimes kinda annoying.
So yeah, their characters needed the proper treatment, because the two do have some VERY LIKEABLE qualities that would develop great characters...the potential is there...it was just sorta mishandled. I hope to change that.

Hmm, your closet love of Digimon reminds me of my closet love for the original Yu-Gi-Oh!...I was a closeted fan for quite a few years.
Yeah, I never saw Adventure 02 but Cody did look pretty boring and Yolei to a certain extent.
