I cannot WAIT until tomorrow when the Comcast Man will come by to fix our internet. For the last week and a half it has been up-down-up-down sloooooow like molasses. Very annoying to have to reload every page umptyzillion times

Your computer situation is almost exactly like Justin's problem the last few weeks. He reformatted his computer last Thursday/Friday, too, to see if it might help with the problems with his internet. He uses Comcast, too, and he'd called and called to try to get them to explain what was happening, and he finally insisted on talking to a manager on Friday. They sent out a technician on Sunday and he replaced the modem and now things are going great!
Is your modem white or black? His was this white flat thing and they replaced it with a tall, black, skinny one. See if you can get the new modem, maybe?
Good luck with potty training again! Hopefully it'll come back to him quickly.

Man, I wonder if those modems have a time bomb in them, or something?
Our modem was connecting at full strength, but had 100% packet loss, whatever that means.
