The publisher I'm looking at largely does e-books and while their guidelines don't say anything about what they considered previously published. I suppose that's something that would only come up IF it's decent enough to be accepted.
"First rights" is not a law; just a publishing concept. The definition of publishing is covered under United States Code: Title 17: Copyrights, which can be found here. The short and simple version is: if you've made it available to the public and put your name on it, you've published it.
Locking your posts as friends-only would make it "not publishing," since it's not public. Even if you do have 3000+ friends. Unless you have literal millions of friends, it's not publishing.
