Childhood Trauma Survey... here's your chance to bring up those incredibly painful repressed memories even your therapist couldn't weasel out with the voltage on max.
1. What was the first car your family had? I remember we had a mustard yellow mazda and I remember a "ranchero".... half car, half pick-up truck.... I used to cry when I had to ride in it because I was so embarrassed.
2. What was the name of your first pet and why? Gretchen was my beloved kitty until she was put down when I was 10.... she was 16.
4. What was the name of your elementary school? For K-2 it was Hamilton Elem, for 3-6 it was Matunuck Elem.
5. Who was your first best friend? WAS? I'm assuming from elementary school... it was Shannon Johnson, then she moved to Buffalo, NY at the end of 6th grade and I thought my life was over. Then my best friend (until 4 years ago) was Rebecca Niemi.... bitch....
6. Are you still friends today, and if not what happened? Shannon moved away. Rebecca proved to be a back-stabbing, lie-to-your-face, bitch-ass lunatic.
7. What was your favorite board game? As a kid? Life. Now? Scene It.
8. Did you play house or other make believe games? ALL the time. I used to pretend I was a teacher and my stuffed animals were students. I used to pretend I was a waitress. My brother used to sit on my face and fart.... wait, that was HIS game... it was my torture!
9. Were you a Dungeons and Dragons geek? Was that even a real game?
10. Did you sleep with stuffed animals as a kid? No... I was worried I'd suffocate them. Go figure.
11. Do you still sleep with stuffed animals? In college I did... now, I have my kitty.
12. Who was the first person you looked up to when you were younger? My cousin... thank god that didn't go far.
13. Who was your favorite relative? My Greek grandparents.... they helped raise my brother and I.... now they don't know who I am and it kills a little piece of me every time I see them.
14. Were you short or tall in elementary school? Tall... still feel like I am
15. Were you teased in school? yes... and only by an absolute fuckface named Bruce Emery. I hope he rots in hell.... or in jail... which is probably where he ended up. If you ever run into him, kick him as hard as you can in the balls and spit on him.... I know that's the only reason I'd want to go to my HS reunion next year.
16. What was the name of your favorite teacher? Mr. Dimock- my high school science teacher.... he's the reason I'm a science teacher today.
17. What was the name of your least favorite teacher? Ms. Dunne- my first grade teacher. She was an animal.
18. What was your best subject in school? math and science
19. What was your worst subject in school? I did pretty well in all of my subjects, but I HATED history and english.
20. Did you do well in Physical Education? You couldn't graduate without passing it... so I had to.
21. Were you clumsy when you were younger? Still am.
22.who was your favorite band as a kid? New Kids on the Block... DEFINITELY
23. What was your favorite movie as a kid? The Goonies or The Karate Kid
24. Did your parents read to you? I'm sure they did... I just don't remember it.
25. Did you have a favorite book? The Giving Tree, Just As Long As We're Together, and The Polar Express
26. What was your favorite restaurant as a kid? The Ground Round
27. What TV or movie star did you have a crush? Christian Slater and the guy that played Luke Skywalker
28. Do you now wonder what you were thinking? Christian has his hotness... Luke Skywalker is butt ugly.... don't know WHAT I was smoking back then.
29. Who was your first crush in school? Joey Tarabarelli.... I accidentally walked into the boys bathroom one day and saw his butt... it was love after that.
30. As a child, what kind of car did you want when you grew up? A purple one
31. Did your parents spank you? Only when I deserved it.
32. Did your parents fight a lot when you were a kid? No... I never saw them fight until I was in high school.... it was their pact to each other not to fight in front of us.

35. Did you ever run away from home? my mother packed up my things and tried to throw me out when I was 6. I still remember that entire evening....
36. How old were you when/if you first got glasses? 7th grade.
37. Did you need braces or a retainer? Yep... in 6th grade.

49. Both sexes when did you start shaving? 5th grade... and I cut the hell out of my poor legs.
50. Girls when did you start wearing a bra? 6th grade.
51. What was your first kiss like? um, I was playing spin the bottle... so it was quite embarrassing.
52. What did you do on your first date? went to the movies in Wakefield.
53. How old were you when you first drank? 16.... my friends and I went to a concert at the tent and they brought their 21 year old friends....
